sync — Refresh Hooks & Workflows

$ metis sync

metis sync reconciles your project with the current config:

• Refreshes installed hooks (rewrites .git/hooks/pre-commit from config)
• Regenerates CI workflows matching [output] settings
• Generates missing tool configs (e.g. .clang-format, .clang-tidy)
• Validates all configured checks before writing anything

Use it after editing .metis.toml to bring every generated file back in sync, without re-running the init wizard.
